1. Can I use a bailer or filter more than once?
   
   Answer: Clearwater Engineering, Inc. specializes in manufacturing disposable groundwater sampling bailers and filters. Although an individual bailer and/or filter can be used multiple times when testing the same well, we do not recommend using the same bailer and/or filter to sample multiple wells in order to avoid cross-contamination of groundwater samples.
2. Do I have to clean the bailer before using it?
   
   Answer: All bailers and filters are pre-cleaned, individually sealed and ready for use upon opening your package. There is no need to clean a bailer before use. 3. Why does Clearwater Engineering have so many different types of bailers? Aren’t they all the same?
   
   Answer: Our product design engineers continually seek out data from companies that conduct groundwater sampling in order to better understand what situations are faced out in the field during a sampling event. We are always interested in knowing what types of products will make our customers’ jobs easier. Because of this input, we have created many different models to cover a wide variety of field situations
4. How soon will my order ship once it has been placed?
   
   Answer: We pride ourselves on being able to ship most orders on the same day that it is placed, provided that we can receive the order before our pickup time of 3pm EST. Any order placed after that time will most likely be shipped the following day.
